Newtown, Powys

Located on the old bowling green site in Newtown, Powys, this construction project was for a 3 storey building, creating 27 new apartments.

Huws Gray Timber Engineering supplied the full package. This was a local timber frame project that was erected fully by a crane due to tight access.

This project was slightly different from normal with the sheathing board fitted internally allowing for the installation of a wood fibre system to the outside.
